Who we are

Garage Upgrade Pros is a garage upgrade offer from two licensed Arizona contractors: Chase Heating & Cooling (ROC# 350208) for mini-split systems and Modern Floorzz (ROC# 361994) for polyaspartic floors. "We" and "us" means Garage Upgrade Pros and these two companies.

Offers and prices

• The prices on this site are for a 2-car garage, installed: $3,000 for the mini-split air conditioner and heater, $2,500 for the polyaspartic floor, or $4,800 for both.
• Your final price depends on your garage and is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
• We may change or end these offers at any time. If a price or description on the site contains an error, we may correct it.
• We serve the Greater Phoenix metro area.

Estimates

Estimates are free. Asking for an estimate does not commit you to buy anything.

Installation work

Each installation is carried out by the licensed contractor for that service under a separate written agreement, which sets out the scope of work, schedule, payment terms and any warranty. If that agreement differs from anything on this site, the written agreement controls.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your estimate and appointment. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using this site

Please don't misuse the site. That includes using it for anything unlawful, trying to break or get around its security, sending spam or automated form submissions, or giving false information.

Our content

The text, images and logos on this site belong to Garage Upgrade Pros or the people who license them to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

Other companies' services

The site uses services from other companies, such as HubSpot for the estimate form and Google Fonts for its typefaces. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services.

No guarantees about the site

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is." We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using this site. This does not limit any rights you have under your installation agreement or under the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
