Garage Upgrade Pros is a garage upgrade offer from two licensed Arizona contractors: Chase Heating & Cooling (ROC# 350208), which installs the mini-split systems, and Modern Floorzz (ROC# 361994), which installs the polyaspartic floors. In this policy, "we" and "us" means Garage Upgrade Pros and these two companies.

What we collect

• What you give us. When you ask for an estimate, we ask for your name, mobile phone number, email address, ZIP code and the upgrade you're interested in. You may also tell us about your garage when we talk by phone, text or email.
• What is collected automatically. Like most websites, this site and the services it uses receive technical details such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived. Some of this comes from cookies; see our Cookie Policy.

How we use it

• To answer your request, prepare your estimate, and schedule and carry out your installation.
• To contact you about your request by phone, text message or email.
• To keep the business records our work and licenses require.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• Between Chase Heating & Cooling and Modern Floorzz, so each company can quote and complete its part of your project.
• With service providers that help us run the site and handle requests, such as HubSpot (our form and customer records tool), Google Analytics (visit statistics), our website host and our messaging providers. They use it to provide their services to us, under their own terms and privacy policies.
• When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

We will not share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The sharing described above excludes text-messaging opt-in data and consent; that information is not shared with any third party.

How long we keep it
